Who we are
Black Track Studio is the production arm of Black Track Group, based in Moodbidri, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka. For anything on this page, write to studio@blacktrack.in or call +91 99162 11277.
What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name and email, and, only if you choose to give them, your phone number, shoot or event date, the service you need and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or email us directly, we receive what you send there. This site does not ask for payment details or identity documents.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, plan and quote your project, and keep a record of the work if you hire us. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
Who handles it for us
Form enquiries are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as your IP address to serve and protect the site, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie. WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as we need them to respond. If you hire us, project records are kept for the length of the project and for our accounting and legal obligations after it.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to studio@blacktrack.in and we will act on it promptly. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for adults booking work. Please do not send us details about a child unless you are their parent or guardian.
Changes
If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
